10.1. User trade in natural gas is performed in a virtual point in the System (hereinafter: Serbian Balancing Point - SBT).
10.2. SBT is a virtual point in the System where the ownership of natural gas is transferred from one User to another.
10.3. For the purposes of natural gas trade, SBT is considered to be the Output for the User who sells natural gas, and the Input for the User who buys natural gas.
10.4. Users are obliged to inform the OTS about the contracted purchase and the sale of natural gas in SBT by submitting a notification, as follows:

10.8. Users are to submit the notification on the purchase/sale of natural gas before gas day to the OTS no earlier than 12 (twelve) working days, and no later than 6:00 am on the day preceding the gas day on which the transfer of natural gas is agreed to take place.
10.9. The difference between the time of the receipt of the notification on the purchase of natural gas and the time of the receipt of the corresponding notification on the sale of natural gas cannot be longer than 2 hours.
10.10. If the notifications are not submitted within the deadline or do not contain the prescribed elements or do not meet other requirements of the Rules, the OTS will notify both Users.
10.11. When determining the daily imbalance of the User in terms of the Rules, the User's total amount of natural gas will be:
10.12. The OTS keeps records of contracted transactions on natural gas trade for which daily announcements have been accepted.
